All Cars for Stars branches are licensed to provide private hire, either with
the local authority or in the case of London, with the Public Carriage Office.
We do not believe that it is right to take risks with the health and safety of
our customers. Therefore we actually welcome the stringent regulation and rules
that inevitably come with being a Licensed Private Hire
Operator.
As a Licensed Private Hire Operator, Cars for Stars and our branch offices are
subjected to regular, unannounced checks by the local authorities to ensure that
we continue to comply and interpret the regulations correctly. In addition,
every chauffeur driven car, limousine or people carrier offered for hire, must
be subjected to, and pass regular inspections, which are notably tougher than
the standard Ministry of Transport test. Unlike some of our competitors, we do
not view the test with trepidation, because we always maintain our vehicles to a
constant high standard, rather than relying on the test as the trigger for an
overhaul.
Our professional and experienced chauffeurs must also be licensed to drive our
vehicles. This is a process that is managed by the local authority responsible
for licensing and will include a mandatory medical and a criminal records bureau
check, providing additional, but well deserved, peace of mind for our customers.

applies to stretched limousines. American limos can be purchased for as little
as £10,000 (just take a look on eBay) and can rise well above £150,000. So

Cars for Stars offer different style limousines, these include the Lincoln Town
Car, Chrysler 300 stretched limousines and the Hummer limo. Colour options are
model and location dependent, but include white, vanilla white, black, silver,
pink, metallic blue and candy apple red.

maximum passenger capacity, luggage room is at best, limited.

of the major UK airports. So, if you are too busy to meet an important guest,
trust Cars for Stars to be there with a smiling face and your brief.
With a wide selection of vehicles, Cars for Stars is also perfectly placed to
offer a range of services, for example, we offer a 'Royal Ascot Racing Package'
whereby we will provide a stretched limousine, table, chairs and an open sided
marquee for the day. Not to mention a few bottles of wine and a bottle of
Champagne. If this is not your cup of tea, Cars for Stars can also offer event
transport to other major UK events, such as Formula 1 at Silverstone, the
Cheltenham Festival, FA Cup finals, The Championships at Wimbledon and so on.
Cars for Stars also offers tour services, with or without a tourist guide. These
can include any locations, but the most common requests are for tours of London,
the west country, south coast and the lake district. Cars for Stars also offers
other 'packaged' options if you need to take clients or colleagues out to lunch
or dinner. In the case of the first option, we will collect you and your guest
from your office, transport you down to the River Thames in a quality chauffeur
driven car, where you will enjoy a cruise and a 3 course meal, we will then
return you to your offices. This takes just 3 hours in total and provides for a
happy customer.
Similarly, we can offer the same type of service in the evening. However, this
will include a chauffeur driven car (or limousine) to collect you and your guest
from your hotel, home or offices and then onto the River Thames. When you have
boarded for your cruise, you will receive the best seating, and a Champagne, 5
course a la carte meal, followed by live music and dancing. At the end of the
evening your personal chauffeur for the evening will take you back to your
hotel, or home. If you prefer, and the night is young, you may opt to have you
chauffeur take you and your guest into the west end.
